The Karmod K 1002 is our most affordable flat-pack container home, offering 13.7 m² of versatile living space. This compact model is ideal for site offices, security posts, storage facilities, or starter homes across the Pacific region.

Featuring the same high-quality construction as all Karmod products, the K 1002 uses galvanized steel profiles connected with a bolt and nut system for easy assembly without welding. The insulated sandwich panels provide excellent thermal performance, with 50mm wall panels and 125mm roof panels delivering up to 60% better energy efficiency than standard containers.
